- Why don't you charge for people?
- The real value is in what Poppi does. Poppi handles the reminding, chasing, checking, and reporting that would otherwise fall on your managers, across every shift, every team, 24 hours a day. That's what we charge for. Your people should all be on the platform from day one. Charging per user creates a reason to leave people off the system, and that defeats the purpose.
- Is it really unlimited users?
- Yes. Shift scheduling, work management, team communication, the knowledge hub, and the leaderboard are all included for your entire team at no cost. No cap, no overage fees. You pay for Poppi per team if you want AI automations, but adding your people is always free.
- Is there a free trial for Poppi?
- Yes. You can try Poppi free for 14 days on any team. No credit card required to get started.
- What's included in the free plan?
- Everything your people need: unlimited users and teams, shift scheduling, work management, team communication, the knowledge hub, and the leaderboard. The free plan covers all core features with no time limit.
- Can I start free and add Poppi later?
- Yes. Start with the free plan for your entire team and add Poppi to specific teams when you're ready. You don't have to add Poppi to every team at once.
- What counts as a "team" for Poppi pricing?
- A team is any group of people you've created in Pilla. You only pay for Poppi on teams where you've activated it. If you have five teams but only want AI automations on two, you pay for two.
- Is there a setup fee?
- No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding charges, and no hidden costs.
- Is there a minimum contract?
- No. You can cancel at any time. Monthly plans renew monthly, quarterly plans renew quarterly, and yearly plans renew yearly. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your billing period.
- What currency am I billed in?
- Invoices are converted to your local currency. Prices on the website are shown in GBP.
- Can I change my billing cycle?
- Yes. You can switch between monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing at any time. Switching to a longer cycle gives you a lower per-month price.
- What if I have seasonal staff who come and go?
- No problem. You can add and remove users at any time at no cost. Pilla doesn't charge per user, so staff turnover doesn't affect your bill.
- What happens if I remove Poppi from a team?
- The team keeps working as normal on the free plan. You just lose the AI automations, reports, and alerts for that team. No data is deleted.
- Do I get a refund if I remove Poppi from a team?
- When you add Poppi to a team, you buy a Poppi team place for the full billing period (month, quarter, or year). If you remove Poppi during that time, the place isn't refunded but it stays paid for until the period ends. You can re-add Poppi to that team or a different team at no extra charge. For example, if you're on a monthly plan and add Poppi to your Kitchen Team on the 5th, then remove it on the 15th, that place is still active until the end of the month. If you add Poppi to your Front of House team on the 20th, it uses that same place with no additional cost.
